The Swedish Securities Council promotes good practice in the Swedish stock market through rulings and consultation.
The Council also provides information on what constitutes good practice in the stock market in other ways. For example, at the beginning of each fiscal year, the Council arranges a seminar to present its annual report for the previous year and to give an opportunity for questions and discussion with the secretariat of the Council and some of the Council members.
The Council is also available to inform individual financial market advisers about its operations and good practice in the stock market.
